Kay Bryan

Director & 3 Year Old Teacher

Kay has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and has worked in early childhood education for over twenty years.  Kay values the relationships that are built with families, as an important part of children developing their learning dispositions and curiosity of their world.  Kay is a strong advocate for all aspects of early childhood, having worked in many areas of the sector, but teaching is always her main focus.  

Maria Costanzo

3 Year old Teacher  (kookaburra Group)

Maria joined Winston Hills Preschool in 2024 and has been a Teacher of a 3-year-old group at another Preschool since 2022.

Maria holds a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (RMIT University) and a Bachelor of Social Work (The University of Melbourne).

Maria thoroughly enjoys working with children and believes that children thrive and learn through play when offered a welcoming and nurturing environment that facilitates engagement and exploration.

Maria lives locally and is a mum of two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling, and walking her dog, Milo.

Jay Reynolds

3 Year Old Educator

Jay joined Winston Hills in 2026 and holds a Bachelor of Early Years and Primary Education. She has worked in kindergartens and primary schools for over twenty years as well as 5 years in the early intervention/disability sectors.

She strongly believes in the importance of learning through extended, child directed play and the role of the community in raising confident, engaged learners for life.

Jay has three adult sons, two cats and one dog. She lives locally with her husband Dave and enjoys being in nature, reading, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Anita Piu

3 Year Old Educator
(kookaburra Group)

Anita has worked at Winston Hills since 2008 and greatly enjoys working with children, sharing and listening to their experiences. Anita then started a family and had two boys (both of which attended Winston Hills Preschool) and now has one teenager and one adult. Anita was home for twelve years with her boys, and then went back into the workforce as an Integration Aide. A year later Anita also became an Educator and joined Winston Hills Preschool.

Anita is the Educator for the Blue group at Winston Hills. She has completed her Certificate III in Working with Children with Special Needs, Certificate III in Early Learning and Certificate lV in Support Education.

Anita enjoys walking, playing tennis, baking, arts and crafts.
